What we never do

On a recurring plan, these stay off the list. Better to know now than to find out on cleaning day.

If something you need isn't on either list, ask on the call. When it isn't ours to do, we usually know who does it well.

What's included in a deep clean

A deep clean adds ceiling-fan wiping and reach above a three-step ladder to the checklist above. Shower glass is descaled, and cabinet tops and baseboards are wiped. Baseboard wiping is also available on recurring visits, depending on your plan. The crew lead walks every room against the plan before leaving.

The usual questions

What is the difference between a deep clean and a recurring visit?

A deep clean wipes ceiling fans down rather than dusting them and reaches above a three-step ladder. We settle the reach on the call. Baseboards are wiped on a deep clean. Recurring visits include dusting them, with wiping available depending on the plan you choose.

Do you clean windows?

No. Sliding doors and their tracks are available as a separate add-on.

Can I add something that is not on the list?

Tell us what you have in mind on the call. We can help you choose from the add-ons we offer, and you can add them later too. The exclusions above still apply.
