Deep House Cleaning in Lakeland, FL

One visit, and the house is back where you want it. We take care of the baseboards, fan blades, cabinet tops, and corners you have not had time to reach, with the right product on the right surface.

You'll know it's time when

  • The shower glass has a film that does not wipe off.
  • There is dust on the fan blades you can see from the bed.
  • The baseboards have a grey line along the top.
  • The house looks fine until someone says they are coming over.
  • The Sunday list has the same three items on it every week.
  • You cleaned on Saturday and it did not feel clean on Sunday.

You can leave those things with us. We talk through what your home needs on the call.

What builds up while you're busy

The film on the shower glass, the sticky cabinet tops, the dust on the fan blades. They are easy to leave for another day when the week is full.

You do not have to find a spare weekend to get to them. That is what this visit is for.

What a RESAIL deep clean is

Your home has its own written plan. It starts with what you tell us on the call.

The shelf you would rather we left alone goes on it too. Tell us on the call or during a visit, and it stays there.

There is no extra visit to arrange for an in-home estimate.

Before the crew leaves, the crew lead walks every room against the plan.

Spring cleaning, Central Florida style

Lakeland's oak and pine pollen season films every sill and shelf by April, and the humidity works on bathrooms all year. A seasonal deep clean clears the pollen film, the AC-borne dust, and the mildew shadows before they settle in.

Move-out and one-time cleans

We also offer this deep clean for a move-out or a one-time visit before guests. Tell us your moving date or when your guests arrive on the call.

The first visit is the big one

The first visit gets your home where you want it. Recurring visits help keep it that way.

You approve one flat price before we start. It covers the whole job, however long your home needs.

Three steps, and it's handled

  1. Tell us about your house

Two minutes online. We call with a flat price, Monday through Friday. No in-home estimate visit.

  2. Pick how often

Pick deep or recurring. We set the day with you. We handle the rest.

  3. Come home to it clean

You walk in, it's done. Then we keep showing up.

Who is doing the work

People we vouch forBackground-checked cleaners on our own payroll, trained to the same standard, and they arrive in a RESAIL car, so you always know who is in your driveway.Fewer houses a dayOur crews book fewer homes per day, so nobody rushes yours.Dust that leaves for goodWhat our vacuums pick up stays inside them, and the bag leaves with us, so nothing gets dumped back out in your house.Your floors get washed with clean water, first room to lastTwo buckets with a scrubber between them: the mop is rinsed in one, scrubbed, then dipped in clean water before it touches your floor again.Nothing harsh, anywherepH-neutral products, nothing harsh, gentle on floors and fine finishes.

Ask the harder questions

I already have a cleaner. Do I still have to start with a deep clean?

Not always the full one. We ask what your current service covers and how the house is doing, then size the first visit to what it needs.

Do you send whoever is free that day?

No. Every crew works from the written plan for your home, and the crew lead is accountable for it. The people can change, and the plan they work from does not.

Do I need to move anything first?

No. We work around your furniture.

Should I tidy up before you come?

No. A house that looks lived in is the normal starting point, and nothing we think twice about. If there is something you would rather we did not move, tell us and it goes on the plan.

Do I need to be home?

No. Most clients share a door code or leave a key, and we text you a reminder before we arrive.

What if something gets missed?

Tell us within 24 hours and the re-clean is free. If you notice later, tell us anyway. It goes on your file, and the next crew handles it first.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. We price the visit as a whole.

What happens after the deep clean?

Your house notes stay with us if you choose recurring visits. We agree a schedule with you.
