How to pick your frequency

Yes. Your house notes stay with us for future visits. Access details are kept separately for the crew.
What if the quality slips and I don't say anything?
Most missed spots never reach you, because the crew lead walks every room against the written checklist before they leave your home. If one does get past them, tell us within 24 hours and the re-clean is free. If you notice later, tell us anyway: it goes on your file, and the next crew handles it first.
