Short version: every page has a skip link, works with a keyboard and no mouse, and keeps its text readable when you make it bigger. Some parts do not meet our standard yet, and they are listed below with dates. What you should be able to do here

  • Make the text bigger with your browser or your phone settings, and still read it.
  • Move through every page with a keyboard, with no mouse.
  • Jump straight to the main part of a page with the skip link.
  • Get through the whole quote form with a keyboard.
  • Watch the front page video with no sound, and stop it with a button.
  • Turn off the moving parts by setting your device to reduce motion.

What we are trying to do

We want people in Lakeland and Polk County to be able to get a cleaning price from this site, whatever they use to browse it.

That includes people who use a screen reader. It includes people who cannot use a mouse. It includes people who need bigger text, more contrast, or more time.

The standard we build to is called the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, version 2.2, at Level AA. It is our technical target. The U.S. Department of Justice points to WCAG as useful technical guidance for making websites accessible under the Americans with Disabilities Act, and we build to version 2.2 because it includes everything in version 2.1 and adds more.

Where this site stands today

This site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Partially conformant means most of the site meets the standard and some parts do not meet it yet.

The parts that are not finished are listed in the next section. Each one has a date on it.

What we know is still broken

Here is what we have found and have not fixed yet.

  • Inside our privacy policy and terms, several links read the same, such as the words privacy policy, but go to different companies. The sentence around each one names the company. Those documents are written by Termageddon, so the fix depends on them. Found August 2026.

Parts of this site that other companies built

Some pieces of this site come from other companies, and we do not control the code inside them.

  • Our privacy policy, terms of service, disclaimer, and cookie policy are written and hosted by a company called Termageddon.
  • The address suggestions on the quote form come from Google.
  • Some links, like our Google listing, go to other websites. We do not control how those sites work.

What we have already done

  • We tested this site ourselves. We ran a testing tool called axe on 23 pages, at phone size and at desktop size. We picked every page a customer can reach from the menu, plus every city page and every legal page. August 24, 2026.
  • One of us then went through those same pages using only a keyboard, with no mouse. August 24, 2026.
  • We checked that text stays readable at 200 percent zoom and that pages still fit a narrow phone screen.
  • We checked color contrast on text, buttons, and form fields.
  • The video on the front page has no sound, and it has a button to stop it.
  • Every page has a skip to content link for people who use a keyboard.
  • If your device is set to reduce motion, the moving parts we build stop moving.
  • We checked the quote form field by field. Every field we checked has a label, and every error message we checked tells you what to do next.

Getting your price another way

You never have to use this website to become a customer.

Call (863) 262-7123 between 8:00 in the morning and 6:30 in the evening, Monday through Friday. A person will ask you the same questions the form asks and give you the same estimate range. Your final price is set the same way for everyone, on a short call, whether you started online or on the phone.
