The program

RESAIL Estimates & Service Updates. When you tick the text-message box on our quote form, you are opting in to text messages from RESAIL, a residential cleaning service in Central Florida. We send:

• Your estimate, texted to you after you submit the quote form
• Appointment confirmations and reminders before each clean
• Account notices, like a change to your schedule or crew
• Occasional marketing from RESAIL, such as seasonal offers

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with how much is happening on your account. An active client hears from us around their visits, and a quote request may only ever get the estimate. Message and data rates may apply; those charges come from your carrier, not from us.

Stopping, and getting help

Reply STOP to any message and the texts stop, all of them, not just the kind you replied to. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your cleaning service or your quote; we simply call instead.

Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything from RESAIL. The quote form works exactly the same with the box unticked.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If a message does not arrive, the details in it still stand. Call or text us and we will confirm anything you missed.

Your information

The phone number and consent you give us are used to run this program and nothing else. Mobile information is not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. The full picture of what we collect and why is in our privacy policy.
